Elementary SALT Services and Support
We wholeheartedly believe in and teach the importance of everyone belonging… belonging to God, to the body of Christ, to our families, to our school community, and to our classroom families. We are committed to supporting academic, social-emotional, and spiritual growth for all students so that they may reach their full potential. Our comprehensive programming includes educational support services, inclusion services, and personalized supports.
Tiered Support System:
Within our elementary support services include a tiered support system. Title 1 Reading and Math supports are provided to students struggling with either math or reading and provide a Tier 2 support for these students.
Students with an IEP:
For students with an IEP our licensed staff work with families and teachers to implement supports, accommodations, and therapies to best meet the needs of the students.
Our highly-trained, caring team provides:
- Support for students who struggle with various academic learning challenges
- Early reading and math intervention
- Support for students with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Speech and Language Impairments (SLI), Physical Impairments, and other challenges
- Support for students with social/emotional needs that affect learning, behavior and relationships in the school environment
