External Scholarships

Rehoboth External Scholarships

External scholarships include scholarships below and are offered to our families by their respected due dates. Each particular scholarship has its own eligibilities and requirements. Some scholarships are applied for each semester and others are applied for each year. 

Tribal Scholarships

The Office of Diné Youth (ODY) scholarship is available for high school students who are enrolled members of the Navajo Nation with a 3.3 GPA or better.  Navajo Nation ODY website
 

 

ODY Application

Financial Need Analysis (FNA) form- PAGE 3 IN APPLICATION
This form can be dropped off at the Rehoboth administration building. If you are planning to take your own application to the Dept. of Diné Education by the scholarship deadline, please allow Rehoboth at least 24 hours to prepare this FNA form. 
 
Parents have 2 options for returning their ODY scholarship application: 
Option 1: (Preferred) Application items can be dropped off at the Rehoboth Admission's office for the Admissions office to deliver to the ODY office.
The RCS Admission office scholarship deadline is Wednesday, January 10th by 4pm. After this date, it will be the responsibility of the applicant and parents to take the ODY application to the Dept. of Diné Education by the final ODY scholarship deadline.
 
Option 2: Or, the application can be returned personally to the Department of Diné Education within your agency by the official ODY deadline. 
The spring 2024 ODY scholarship deadline is Friday, January 12, 2024.
 
Each agency has scholarship counselors who can help with screening your application. 
 

Chapter House Scholarship

If you are an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, your Chapter House may have scholarships available for private education. Please inquire at your designated chapter house about this opportunity and more details.

Other Organizational Scholarships

ACE Scholarship

Scholarship for the 2024-2025 school year will open on February 6, 2024.

 

ACE scholarship's mission is "to provide children of low-income families with scholarships to private schools in grades K-12, and to advocate for expanded school choice". Their vision is “that every child has equal access to a quality education”. 

Rehoboth is one of the many schools in the State of New Mexico that has partnered with ACE. ACE has an unwavering commitment to ensure that all kids have access to an education that suits the needs of the child and family by enabling the student to attend their private school of choice. To apply for a scholarship, the following is needed: 

  1. 1040 Tax Form
  2. Social security, disability, housing allowance, food stamps, child support documentation, and any documentation for additional sources of income that aren't reported on your 1040

Applications will not be considered complete and cannot be reviewed until ACE has the documentation listed above.
