Kristen Rousseau

Originally from Borrego Pass, NM, Kris graduated from Crownpoint High School in 2009 and then attended Navajo Technical University. She and her husband, TJ, have made working at Rehoboth a family affair. TJ is the lead custodian with RCS, and the Rousseaus have five children: DeWyatt, Dallas, Theo Jr., Selina, and Angel. Kristen experienced Rehoboth first as an enrolling parent before applying for the admissions position. She says, “I felt led here. It started with my husband getting hired on as a custodian, then our children going to school here. Now I am the Admissions Coordinator. I feel that we were led here for a reason, and as a family this is the path God is leading us on. We are beyond grateful to be here!”
When she is not working, Kris loves, “crafting with my cricut, binge watching The Office, teasing my husband when the Cowboys lose, and enjoying quality time with my family.” The Rousseaus have poured themselves into daily life at Rehoboth—cheering on the Lynx at games and often volunteering to take tickets as well. “I have really enjoyed meeting new families, helping the multicultural committee with events and experiencing most of the school events,” says Kris.
