I further authorize Rehoboth Christian School to make inquiries concerning my aptitude, reputation and personal characteristics, including inquiry concerning my past employment. I release Rehoboth Christian School and all my previous employers, as well as their respective agents and employees, from any and all claims in any way from their participation in such an inquiry.
