Request Official Transcript

How would you like to receive your transcripts?

Official transcripts are considered official when they are in a sealed envelope sent directly from RCS unless the institution/organization accepts official transcripts electronically by email. 

• If RCS is sending by EMAIL, you will need to provide the email address in the next section. 
• If RCS is sending by MAIL, you will need to provide the mailing address in the next section. 
• If you are picking up your transcripts, it will be at the Administration building. See hours on homepage. 
• If another family member is picking up your transcripts, please give name in the next section. 

If another individual is picking up your transcripts, please give their full name. We will ask for I.D. 

If we are sending by mail to the school/organization, please provide the direct mailing address. 

If your institution/organization accepts official transcripts by email, please provide the email address.

If you would like your official transcripts mailed directly to you, please give your mailing address below. 

Official Transcripts are $5.00 (per transcript). 

Official transcripts will not be sent until payment is received. 

Please pay:

1. In person at the administration building
