At Rehoboth Christian School, we care deeply for the whole child—academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Because each and every student is crafted in God’s image, we strive to know them well and provide the unique resources they need to thrive.
Our support network is deeply rooted in Rehoboth's throughlines— ten biblical, theme-based habits that guide students to understand their role in God’s story. By focusing on who our students are called to be rather than just what they do, we connect academic and emotional support with faith-based, real-world action across three distinct pillars of support.
SALT Program (Students All Learning Together)
Rehoboth Christian School's SALT program is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can flourish as a Living Image, created uniquely in the likeness of God. We strive to know our students deeply to help them develop their God-given talents. The SALT program is Rehoboth’s Special Education support.
We provide an individualized approach for students with diverse learning needs, emphasizing our commitment to being Diversity Advocates in our community. We celebrate student neurodiversity by implementing flexible learning models and individual student plans. This plan ensures that students with varying neurological patterns are supported and valued as integral, indispensable members of our academic and spiritual community.
Our comprehensive support services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, seamlessly integrated into the student's daily schedule. We understand that learning extends beyond the classroom, which is why we proudly partner with local organizations to provide meaningful work-study placements. These connections act as a bridge to the wider world, preparing our students to be active Community Builders, equipping them with the practical life skills and vocational experience necessary for independence and success after graduation.
Through SALT, we celebrate the unique gifts and talents of each student, ensuring they receive the individualized attention and resources necessary to achieve their full potential—academically, spiritually, and socially.
Title 1 Reading & Math Interventions (Grades K-5)
Believing that a strong academic foundation is essential for lifelong learning, Rehoboth Christian School offers targeted Title 1 Reading and Math intervention services for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We recognize that every child learns at their own pace, and these focused interventions provide early, specialized support to ensure no student falls behind.
Working in close collaboration with classroom teachers, our dedicated interventionists provide small-group instruction and tailored resources designed to bridge learning gaps, build confidence, and reinforce core concepts. By meeting students exactly where they are, we honor their individual learning journeys, reduce academic frustration, and equip them to reach their full, God-given potential.
Comprehensive K-12 Counseling Services
To support our students' mental and spiritual well-being, we provide comprehensive, school-based counseling services across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. We understand that navigating the challenges of growing up, developing relationships, and managing academic pressures requires a safe, compassionate space. Our counseling program offers a sanctuary where students can process life's ups and downs through a lens of grace.
For Elementary Students (K-5): We focus on building emotional regulation, social skills, and the resilience needed to grow into emotionally healthy image reflectors.
For Middle & High School Students (6-12): We provide guidance through academic transitions, personal challenges, and future planning, encouraging them to be Justice Warriors who look out for others even as they grow in self-understanding.
By walking alongside our students through every stage of development, our counseling services reinforce that they are deeply known, loved, and supported as they find their unique place in God's story.
