I came to Rehoboth in 2018, once my husband accepted a position as one of Rehoboth’s 4th and 5th grade teachers. I was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, but I have truly grown to love the Southwest. Before coming to Rehoboth, we spent 11 years on the Navajo Nation in Arizona. I am a mother of 2, a daughter in High School and a son in Elementary School. Both are proud Rehoboth Lynx! I love being part of the Rehoboth community! Working with PreK students is always exciting and so rewarding. Outside of PreK life and being a mother, I love to cook and bake. Baking is one of my specialties and I take great pride in making different items look beautiful, almost too beautiful to eat! I also find joy in singing, weaving, and being with my family. This year I look forward to meeting this coming class, watching them grow, and getting to enjoy each child’s unique personality.
