My wife Short and I, with our four children, came to Rehoboth Christian School in 1998 from Grand Rapids, MI. I graduated from Hope College with a B.A. degree and earned an M.A. degree from Western Michigan University. Over the 22 years, we have been here I have taught fifth through eighth grade, been an elementary and mid-school principal and as of late have taught special education in the mid-school. I love the variety that being an educator affords. Working with and having an influence on children and families has been very rewarding especially here at Rehoboth. It has been a joy to be part of this community sharing in this ministry at Rehoboth - truly a special place! Working in a multicultural setting is exciting and challenging. Being able to share the hope of the gospel with the people of this area as well as learning about different cultures and ways of life is so enriching. We certainly have fallen in love with the Southwest and all it has to offer and have loved calling it home.
