When I first came to the PreK lead teacher/director position at Rehoboth Christian School, it was a one-classroom program. Now we have grown to a three classroom program and hope to grow even more! I came to Rehoboth from the Gallup-McKinley Public Schools where I taught everything from Preschool, PreK, Kindergarten to First Grade over my 5 1/2 years there. Originally, however; I am from Grand Rapids, MI, where I attended Calvin University (previously Calvin College) where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. I also earned a Master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) in 2012 from Grand Canyon University. I love working with all of the students, families, and staff present at the Rehoboth Early Childhood Center and supporting the various needs and wishes of each group as we venture forth to help students learn, grow, and develop!
