I always thought transferring to a new school would be difficult. Transferring to Rehoboth was difficult, but a lot easier than transferring to any other school in Gallup. Rehoboth has one thing that no other school has, it's a family. You don't come to school thinking you're going to be around a bunch of strangers. Coming to Rehoboth everyday was a lot easier than going to Thoreau. Everyone at Rehoboth is friendly and kind.

Rehoboth is a community. I remember my first few weeks here, I kept thinking to myself, "wow, the teachers and students actually get along." This is true, the students and teachers cooperate with each other as if they were family.

The biggest difference about Rehoboth and other schools is the pronouncement of faith. Even if you are not Christian you are excepted into the community of Rehoboth. You do not have to worry about stating what you believe in. Everyone is open about their hopes and dreams, their desires, and their fears. This is a beautiful community and family.
