this is my very first painting. Doing this helped me get some sense of mixing color and blending.

It was a great start.

In korean art, it is really important to reproduce the curve. it is shown in out traditional clothes, architecture, pottery and so on. I tried hard to express the dancer's movement as well as the color of the clothes and design.

This is my first abstract painting. The name of painting comes from the color of the zebra and the tree. Also, not many people notice that the sky is upside-down. I enjoyed playing with colors.

I guess it is in my nature that I do not like doing same stuff over and over.

After Zebra, I again wanted to do realistic piece, but something different.

I chose the rose of sharon because I wanted to try to paint flowe.

It took me forever to finish this, however it was worth it.

My art class last year went to NeYork City last year for SAC week. After looking at so many great art pieces, I realized that painting also makes it possible to express the feeling. Though I do not feel like this painting is any where comparable as those master pieces in the Museum, I thought it was interesting.
