I love Music!

For about the past 6 years of my life, music has become a passion for me. Although I do not play an instrument, I love making music with my voice.  I love singing and for me singing is a way that I can glorify God with the talent He has given to me, but also to touch peoples hearts.

When I first came to Rehoboth in the 7th grade, I joined choir. Choir was more of a required class for me in 7th grade, rather than an opportunity. Well that is how is started but the longer I was in choir, the more I found myself being drawn to singing. Being a part of the mid school choir gave me many opportunites. 7th grade was when I began to grow and expand my techinques of singing. And being a part of choir allowed me and helped me to get out of my box. To this day, I am still in choir and I honestly believe that I could not have the technique and skills in singing and music if I were not for a part of Rehoboth choir. I have also grown in music through my church choir. I have been a part of my church choir since the age of 12. I have been singing since and i love it! But Rehoboth, musically has done a lot for me but being a part of my church choir has also allowed me to use the techiniques I have learned and to really sing from my heart.
