Tim Bruinius currently serves as a High School Math/Science teacher at Rehoboth Christian School. Beginning his work at the school in 2006, Tim has enjoyed working with the students and exploring the area which has many interesting people. In his time at Rehoboth Tim has come to admire the level of commitment of it’s ministry, and is honored to be apart of such a multi generational vision.
Prior to coming to Rehoboth, Tim was teaching in Seattle, WA. He and his wife, Naomi, now reside in Gallup. After growing up in Grand Ledge, MI, Tim attended Calvin College and the University of Washington where he received his BA in Mathematics. He has also spent time working in Ianu, Papua New Guinea. Apart from his love of teaching and working with teens, Tim enjoys traveling, climbing, mountain biking, hiking and mountaineering. Other organizations that Tim supports include Partners in Health because of the excellent work they do in the developing world and NPR because of their excellent news coverage.
