Sue Eddy currently serves as the Food Service Director at Rehoboth Christian School. Originally beginning her work at Rehoboth in 2006 in the Advancement Office, Sue transitioned to working in Food Service in 2011. Throughout her years working at the school, she has been amazed by the sense of community and dedication to mission that has been carried on, and strives to maintain that in her own work. She has also been blessed by the teaching staff, who have shown genuine love for the students in their care, including her two sons, one of whom graduated in 2011 and the other who is now in 10th grade. Sue and her husband, Walt, live in Gallup, NM where they own multiple businesses. Aside from her work at Rehoboth, Sue is a committed member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico and has mentored six girls through the program. She is also a board member with Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services and apart of the Gallup Rotary. Sue is passionate about health and wellness and spending time with her family. She enjoys beading, cooking, gardening and traveling. Presently, her goal is to make the most of her work as Rehoboth’s Food Service Director.
