"I strive to teach the young men in our program how to be successful in life through the game of basketball. How to do that is a little more complicated. First, we try to emphasize the importance of relationships. We want our boys to have good healthy relationships with God, family, teammates, and friends. Secondly, we emphasize doing ones best in everything including every time we step on the floor. Wins and loses don’t matter if we give our best. Lastly, we strive to improve in life and every time we step on the floor. Whether that is in the classroom, home, practice or in a game we are always trying to get better."
