APPPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
To request an application for admissions packet, call the Admissions Office at 505-726-9692 to reach Lorretta Smith, Director of Admissions and Registrar. You can also send an e-mail at the following address, lsmith@rcsnm.org.
The packet will include the following:
- Application for Admission Form
- Spiritual Life Form
- Student Questionnaire (Grades 6 – 11)
- Pastor’s Recommendation Form
- Physical Exam Form
- Financial Aid Application Form
- Brochure on Rehoboth Christian School
When you receive the application packet, check to make sure all the materials listed are included. Let us know right away if anything is missing. Classes fill up fast, so we recommend you apply early.
