Graduates will comprehend that it is with our bodies that we engage the world, that the body requires careful stewardship. They will understand the path to fitness and strive to practice it. They will learn to play, enjoy the gift of athletics and engaged in wholesome competition. Flexibility, endurance, strength and body-image will be properly understood and pursued.
